Booking & Payment

  • How to Book: Book Now. We do not accept cash or Venmo. 

  • Payment: We accept credit/debit cards.

  • Deposit: A deposit equal to the rental amount is required for water equipment rentals (refunded upon return in good condition).

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 24+ hours in advance — full refund

  • Cancel within 24 hours — account credit

  • No-shows — no refund

  • Weather cancellations — account credit

 

E-Bike Rentals

What's Included:

  • Electric bike

  • Helmet

  • Lock

  • Trail map with recommended routes

Requirements:

  • Riders must be 15+ (under 18 requires signed parent/guardian waiver and must wear a helmet)

  • Valid ID required at pickup

  • Max rider weight: 300 lbs

Water Fun Rentals

What's Included:

  • All necessary paddles & equipment

  • Life jackets (all sizes, including kids)

  • Basic safety orientation

Requirements: 

  • Signed liability waiver (provided via email after booking)

  • Children under 12 must wear a life jacket at all times

  • All renters must be able to swim

FAQs

Do I need experience to ride an e-bike or paddleboard?

Nope! Our e-bikes are beginner-friendly, and we provide a quick orientation for all water equipment.

 

Where do I pick up my rental?

E-bikes are picked up at the location you rented from and returned to the same location. Water rentals are picked up at the San Gabriel location.

 

Can I extend my rental?

Yes! Just call or text us. Extensions are subject to availability and charged at the hourly/daily rate.

What if something breaks?

Normal wear and tear is covered. Damage due to misuse or negligence may result in a repair fee (up to the replacement cost of the item).
