In the rare event that an e-bike breaks down, we will do our best to provide a replacement bike as soon as possible. We also provide a phone number for riders to contact us if they experience any issues while riding.

You can make a reservation on our website or by calling us directly. We recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure availability.
What happens if I'm late returning the e-bike?
We ask that riders return the e-bike on time to avoid additional charges. If you are running late, please contact us to let us know. Late fees may apply if the e-bike is returned after the scheduled return time.
